Inn at Weston
The Inn at Weston offers a romantic, candlelit dining experience year round to house guests and the public alike. Our Vermont restaurant has a dining room with an attached cozy pub with fireplace, fully stocked bar, and french doors which open onto a spacious deck and orchid-filled gazebo offering magnificent warm weather outdoor dining. The menu changes seasonally and is always based upon the availability of the freshest, and where possible, local ingredients from local farms.
Executive Chef Michael Kennedy, former instructor at the New England Culinary Institute, and his culinary team prepare an unparalleled Contemporary Regional Menu. The experience at our Vermont restaurant is enhanced by the warmth of the festive red floral wallpaper and candlelight and a wine list recognized by Wine Spectator with its “Award of Excellence”. Live piano music is offered nightly, and the restaurant also features the work of many local artists, portraying Vermont’s spectacular scenery and culture in a myriad of ways. Our cozy pub with fireplace, adjacent to the main dining room, beckons with a fully stocked bar. The pub in turn is adjacent, via french doors, to a deck and gazebo, filled with lush pots of flowers and orchids from the greenhouse, which provides a beautiful setting for outdoor dining in Vermont’s cool and comfortable evenings during the summer months. And in the winter, enjoy your dinner in the pub in front of the roaring fireplace.
Chef Michael uses the highest quality ingredients attained locally and internationally to provide guests with an exquisite and memorable dining experience like none other. His training in nutrition, and belief in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, ensure that all of our dishes offer flavor and enjoyment without compromising nutritional integrity. The Inn is very attuned to dietary restrictions and requirements. Vegetarian options are always available, and vegan, gluten free, or any other type of dietary restriction is always respected and accommodated. Call for dinner reservations or have a drink at our Pub by the fire.
