WML Library LogoA “Jewel in Weston’s Crown”, this unique brick building was the resident of the Honorable Judge John Wilder, postmaster, selectman, state representative and senator, from 1825 to 1877. Thanks to the efforts of Judge Wilder’s daughter, Emma Wilder Parkhurst, it was renovated and given to the town in his memory in 1908 by the Parkhurst family for “library purposes”. Wilder Memorial Library is a Public library. This library is affiliated with the library system that serves Weston, VT. The collection of the library contains 5159 volumes. The library circulates 1745 items per year. The library serves a population of 630 residents.
